I have had an idea, and I think I might be seriously behind the times, but whatever, I'm going to share it anyway. I was looking at some less-ugly-than-usual Ugg boots the other day, and it hit me - why don't I just get some sheepskin insoles and put them in my normal shoes? I need insoles anyway, for my work shoes which have stretched and keep falling off my feet. And what BLISS to get to walk around on sheepskin all day!
The best thing about this idea - they are surprisingly cheap. I was thinking maybe £40 for a pair. Sheepskinsoles, as I will be calling them from now on, are actually very reasonable. The pair pictured above cost £12-£13 for
. There's really no excuse not to buy them for that. And that's one pair for each pair of my work shoes too - sorted. If you're feeling really very poor, you can get them for even less - £2.50 for two pairs from
. I think we should be pushing the boat out here, though - the first pair look much snugglier, and we're all about the comfort here right? Looks like a sensible idea what with all the snow we're about to get!
