Going for walks, specifically around the set of Les Miserables, above (the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich)
Having friends round for chilli con carne, chocolate caramel brownies and a Girls marathon (plus drinking champagne we'd been saving for no specific occasion on a school night, which was actually more fun than having it on a special occasion)
Finding cafés that endorse my love of bread, butter and jam (Monmouth Coffee in Borough Market and Fleet River Café by Lincolns Inn Fields. The latter has sourdough you can toast, serves Monmouth coffee and is just round the corner from John Soane's house, one of London's more eccentric Victorian Museums. Free entry as well.)
Yellow roses and daffodils.
Making itineraries for other peoples' trips to places I know (Glasgow and London so far, if anybody wants one) and making my own for our trip to Berlin next week.
Finding out Tesco sell Pop Tarts.
Seeing all the Valentines Day product in shops - I do like a bit of colour in the spring (but then not buying it because it means more to make your own card/present).
Waking up and seeing that the sun's out.
